Processing & Handcrafting

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Every personalized piece is individually handcrafted with great attention to detail. Depending on the product, the crafting process typically takes 2–8 business days before your order is ready to ship.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

While we always strive to deliver as quickly as possible, occasional delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, holidays, or periods of exceptionally high demand may occur.

Shipping Costs

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders.

If a package cannot be delivered because the shipping address provided during checkout is incomplete or incorrect, a $12.00 reshipping fee may apply.

Need to update your shipping address?

We'll always do our best to update your address before your order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unfortunately unable to make changes.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped to the United States, European Union, and the United Kingdom are delivered without additional customs duties or import fees.

For shipments to other countries, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your local regulations. Any such charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
