We do our best to display our jewelry as accurately as possible.

Please note that slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or photography.

As every handcrafted and personalized piece is individually made, minor variations may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handcrafted process and do not affect the quality or uniqueness of your jewelry.

Personalized Products

Each personalized piece is individually handcrafted especially for you.

Please review all names, initials, engravings, photos, drawings, and other personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Because these items are made specifically to your personal specifications, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your personalized jewelry arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not match the personalization you ordered, please contact us. We'll carefully review your case and, where appropriate, provide a complimentary repair or replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping & Delivery

We carefully prepare every order and work hard to deliver it as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times can be found in our Shipping Policy and may vary depending on the destination, product type, shipping carrier, customs processing, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery.

Personalized and custom-made items are excluded from our standard return policy.

Promotions & Discounts

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, or product exclusions.

Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be used per order.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
